Return/Refund Policy
You are entitled to a replacement, refund, or repair in some situations under Australian Consumer Law.
What is included are situations like:
- Item arriving damaged
- Item never arriving and you have put the right address down or advised us of a wrong address to be corrected before it got sent to the post office
- Item doesn’t match description or is of poorer quality then advertised (ex: Wrong item sent or something advertised as glossy but there’s no gloss)
What is not included are situations like:
- Wrong address used at checkout, not advising us about the wrong address and the item arrives to the address listed
- You knew of/were made aware of the problem with an item before you bought it (eg: Cosmetic damage where it was listed as such).
- exemption: If you brought the item but an unlisted issue came up (eg: Cosmetic damage + a leg broke during shipment where the cosmetic damage was advertised but not the leg. You would be entitled to a replacement/refund/repair for the broken leg due to it not being advertised that way)
- where you received what you have ordered but you:

- changed your mind
- found it cheaper elsewhere
- no longer want the item.
- damaged the product yourself via misusing it
We are happy to do change of mind refunds/exchanges for similarly priced items as long as it is done before the item/s are shipped out as a guarantee, though that would result in an increased ETA for the item to be dispatched. Once you receive the item but wish to return/exchange it, contact us within 14 days of delivery and we will see what can be arranged. However, if you wish to return the item due to change of mind, you will be required to pay the shipping fee to send it back to us
If your item arrived damaged, never arrived at all, etc, contact support@seaflame3dprints.com.au with the order number, a description of the issue and share photos (if relevant) and we will arrange with you on what the resolution would be. Returns due to damage/wrong item will have shipping be covered by us, however if it is found that the return does not apply to this (eg: it is found that the damage was caused by misuse), then you maybe charged for the returned shipping
