Shipping Policy
When you make an order through Seaflame 3D Prints, You will receive an automated email when your submit your order to the email address given at checkout. You will recieve a follow up email (usually within 24 hours) of placing the order from our support@seaflame3dprints.com.au address to give an ETA on when we start making your order to the email provided (whether its right away or there being some orders ahead of you) and an automated email when your order is dispatched. You might have to check your junk/spam mail if you don’t receive the emails within a few hours.
Your order should be dispatched on a Tuesday once the entirety of the order is complete.
However due to everything being made to order (to minimise non selling inventory), Large quantities and/or high demand periods alongside non business related circumstances (like falling ill) may result in stuff taking longer to be dispatched.
At checkout you may choose the shipping option that best suits you.
Domestic shipping is available at 4 levels for smaller items:
- Letter post (Untracked)
- Priority Letter post (Untracked)
- parcel post (tracked)
- express parcel post (tracked)
or 2 levels for everything else:
- parcel post (tracked)
- express parcel post (tracked)
We do not offer international shipping at this time via the website! however those in Canada and New Zealand can order from this store via our Etsy page
Please note that any time estimates given are just estimates.
Make sure the address is correct when you checkout. If you realise after ordering that the address is wrong, you need to immediately contact support@seaflame3dprints.com.au to get this corrected before shipment. If in the event the item gets shipped out and the address is wrong, the customer will have to pay the cost to redeliver to the right address.
Shipping addresses
Seaflame 3D Prints ships via Australia Post. We accept residential, business, and PO Box addresses for any of the 4 delivery tiers available at checkout, though larger orders might not fit into PO Boxes. Those that wish to use a different shipping provider would need to contact us before ordering to have that arranged
Parcel Locker and Parcel Collect addresses can only be used by Australia Post and if the size of the packaging end up not being something that would fit into a standard mailbox or be to big and would require at least Parcel Post delivery.
If you attempt to use a Parcel Locker or Parcel Collect address but we feel Australia post might reject delivery due to packaging size or choosing letter post (ex: ordering 1 small item where anything beyond a 125mmx160mm postage packaging would not be justified due to cost and space), We will contact you to arrange an alternate delivery address or a full refund. There is also a size and weight restriction for these addresses as well.
Parcel Locker: The packaging size can’t be any larger than 35cm x 44cm x 61cm nor weight anymore than 16kg.
Parcel Collect: The packaging size can’t be any larger than 105cm in any dimension nor weigh heavier than 22kg
Items sent where packaging end up being to small/big to Parcel Locker and Parcel collect addresses will be either rejected or rerouted by Australia Post.
